How does member-based pricing work?
Your price is based on how many active members are in your group space. As your organization grows into a new band, your billing updates at the start of your next cycle. You're never charged mid-month for adding members.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to begin. You only provide payment information when you decide to continue after the trial.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic covers the core Pijyn experience — messaging, announcements, events, member directory, and roles. Premium adds the operational layer: files, forms, attendance tracking, volunteer signup, member import/export, custom roles, automated reminders, and priority support. Premium is recommended for schools, fire departments, churches, HOAs, and any organization using Pijyn as a full digital headquarters.
What are add-on packs?
Add-on packs are optional bundles of tools that extend your plan. For example, a Basic group that needs file storage can add the Files Pack for $10/mo rather than jumping to Premium. Packs are grouped by function so you only pay for what your group actually needs.
Do packs replace a plan upgrade?
Sometimes. A Basic group that only needs file storage can use the Files Pack. But if you need several operational tools — forms, attendance tracking, volunteer signup, and reminders — Premium is the better value since those are all included. Add-on packs are available on both plans for tools not included by default.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly and your new features are available right away. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose access mid-month.
Is pricing the same for all organization types?
Yes — the same plans apply to schools, fire departments, sports teams, churches, HOAs, veterans groups, and any other group type. If you represent a public-service organization and need a special arrangement, contact us.
Will there be discounts for nonprofits or public service organizations?
We're working on a program for nonprofits and public service organizations. If you represent a qualifying group, contact us and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Pijyn is in early access. The prices shown represent our planned structure and give an accurate picture of how plans are intended to work — but they are subject to change before general availability. Existing users will receive advance notice of any changes.
